Specialist cheese supplier to the most discerning Hotels and Restaurants, in the Lake District and the North West of England. From our origins as deli-retailers in Kendal town centre, we have been suppliers of fine cheeses since 1990.
In 2005 we changed direction, concentrating solely on specialist wholesale of cheese and sundries to the area's most discerning hotels and restaurants, offering our chef clients not only the benefit of our knowledge, but also a product list of more than 200 cheeses as well as biscuits, olives and many other sundry items.
In 2010 we joined forces with long time associates,
Lakes Specialty Foods, local catering butchers who have a number of industry awards under their belts. This liaison has created tremendous expansion enabling us to service customers throughout the North West.
